MBM supply and install gas membranes and venting solutions sourced from all the major manufacturers and can provide active venting systems, where the gas regime deems it necessary. Since the issue of the revised British Standard BS.8485:2015 A1 2019, it is critical to ensure the appropriate and economic solution for the project. MBM provides advice on design, material selection and assistance with construction detailing. In addition, MBM work closely with Independent Validation Engineers to ensure the requirements of CIRIA. C.735 are achieved. 

MBM also provides retrofit gas protection for existing properties impacted by ground gases or hydrocarbon vapours from oil leaks or spills.
